So true la deyy. Today mark my first physical/fitness activity after 4 months of cheating, binging, lazing around.
I had been skipping my exercise routine that I practiced last year. Reasons? Too tired at work, some unnecessary work related stress causing me to food-binge, bla bla bla.
To get in shape- the key is to have discipline and consistency-which I practiced last year, but slack off early of this year. Nasi sudah menjadi bubur.
Sinar keinsafan menjelma bila rasa diri ini sangatlah berat and my hips feel bigger than usual. Recently, one fashion critic did gave a harsh comment to people >60kgs, something like your hips mengganggu org sebelah yadaa. Zapps, terasa jugak lah.
Just now, I did elliptical for ~30mins and some dumbbell exercise. Penatnya lain macam. But yeah, who asked me to slack off right?
Ramadhan will be in another month. Hopefully my fitness level will improve by then. Nak terawih nanti kan.
