Ada Apa Dengan Title

Jadi, gue telah melakukan eksperimen sosial dan pemerhatian dengan perkara-perkara berkait dengan 'Title' seperti dibawah:

Cik/Puan
1)Kadang-kadang lebih selamat memanggil Cik
2)Kadang-kadang lebih selamat memanggil Puan
3)Kadang-kadang disalah erti sebagai Cik / Puan, tetapi bila pihak lagi satu tahu silap, tona perbualan terus bertukar
4)Kadang-kadang Cik tidak boleh memberi pendapat mengenai hal Puan-puan
5)Kadang-kadang Puan tidak boleh memberi pendapat mengenai hal Cik-cik
6)Kadang-kadang orang itu rasa selamat jika kamu berlagak seperti Puan dan dia tidak tahu kamu Cik

Senior/Tidak Senior
1)Tidak meletakkan title Senior dipangkal jawatan anda menyebabkan orang  menganggap kamu junior atau mentah atau baru grad
2)Tidak meletakkan title Senior dipangkal jawatan akan memesrakan orang berborak selamba dengan kamu
3)Tidak meletakkan title Senior dipangkal jawatan kadang-kadang menyebabkan kamu dipandang enteng jika mengeluarkan pendapat atau menchallenge pendapat orang itu
4)Tidak meletakkan title Senior dipangkal jawatan kadang-kadang menyebabkan kamu selamat sekiranya kamu tidak tahu mengenai sesuatu benda
5)Meletakkan title Senior akan menyebabkan orang mengeluarkan respon seperti "Wow" "Fuyyo" "Ooo" "Hebat"
6)Meletakkan title Senior akan menyebabkan orang fikir kamu serba tahu dan serba boleh
7)Meletakkan title Senior akan membuka lebih peluang kerjaya didalam sesetengah keadaan

Adik/Kakak
1)Memanggil seseorang wanita itu Adik akan menyebabkan kamu dihadiahkan senyum selebar-lebarnya dan layanan yang baik di kedai atau ketika membeli kuih
2)Memanggil kakak pada gue bermaksud hormat, tetapi kadangkala tidak memanggilnya kakak bermaksud mesra atau rapat

Sekian pemerhatian dari eksperimen sosial gue. Pemerhatian akan ditambah dari masa ke semasa kalau ada.  Kebanyakan pemerhatian diatas dibuat berdasarkan pengalaman gue.

Olympic 2016

Such a great appreciation by Singapore government when they actually invite Joseph Schooling n parents to the parliament.

The appreciation speeches just beyond beautiful.

Lifetime of discipline, courage and support. I salute the parent's support and determination too.

This Olympic certainly is a remarkable one. Inspiring moments, limitless, borderless.

I hope same recognition will be given to our Malaysian athletes too. Azizulhasni, LCW, the duo in badminton and diving. Powerlah korang. Who can devote their whole life to sports huh?

Amazing people

Man! I agree with your written status. Exactly what I was thinking about my life the other day. I think I have less challenge nowadays which led me to be lazy or complacent enough. Or shall I say, my life has become routine till the point that I know, if I don't do it today, I still can do it tomorrow. Not good. Not good. I hate myself when I became like this.

While on holiday, I met a guy who fascinate me with his determination. He has a day job. During that time, he's managing/overseeing 3 projects. But,he still have time to handle food truck at night and do some catering during weekend. When asked, "I do this for fun. I need more challenge". And I need to stop complaining and all the unintentional mengeluh.

Rainingrabu – 10/8/2016

It’s been rainingrabu, where in Malaysia it’s rimasrabu due to hot weather there.

Our perf job went well, early indication shows that we have high THP, means high BHP. Yeay! More gas, insyaAllah!

Send out the bean-up procedure and let’s pray more.

Tremendousthursday – 11/8/2016

Start to flow the well. Guys offshore told smaller choke already produce lot of gas, still small drawdown. Gooood~!

Bean-up as per program. Facility can’t hold the gas, bean-down again. Test well.

Alhamdulillah, the well produces beyond our expectation.

New hope, light at the end of tunnel.

Shared the news with my former teammates. Have a long thought about this. To share or not [go figure]. Alas, decide to share the good news with them.

Albeit the flight depart a little bit late,everything went well. Check in was done online and we managed to secure the seat at behind.

The good thing is..it's closer to the galley and toilet.

Alhamdulillah, 3rd well ni senang sikit nak flow.

Tapi my part belum selesai, bean up sampai reach target rate. Then only it's time to celebrate. That's for me. Dah confirm and tested, only then it's the right time to celebrate.

At-10-tion

When everyone else try to show their concerns on the issues here, I myself dislike the attention. Such a mess.

In case you don't get it..it's like "Let me finish my work first, solve the problem here and then only there will be something to share".

Everyday and most of my days now are occupied with meetings for the same thing. I pretty much don't have proper time to sit and do my technical stuffs. Analysis analysis, I need time for it.

Before, I like to do those once I'm at home. But now with all of the unnecessary attention given, it get me drained. Too tired to think at home. I rather get my mind into story books- escapism at it's best.


This is when I battle again myself. Tamak nak complete kan semua sand atau risked of getting water issue later. As I mentioned to my colleague, my background in surveillance come with a price and pride. Failure is definitely not an answer and everytime in my 'Study mind' now, everything should be on point, prepared, perfect and success. Sound Gila, but that's the truth.

Sexist

Yesterday was a tough day as I had to deal with 1 sexist guy.

So we had a meeting to discuss on plan to intervene the wells during monsoon. Excuses been given by him not to do the job I can say. Whereas this thing had been agreed and discuss before.

The fed up me..yeah I kind of dislike people who give excuses and don't want to try solve the problem. Ok, continue..The fed up me asked his team to make a plan and capture it somewhere to ensure everyone in the know.

Yeah, some of the parties mentioned during the meeting was not in the meeting. How else ya, capture the points and let them know la right?

What I hate most is I sensed this guy don't give a shit to listen to what I'm telling him. Pandang sebelah mata je kt perempuan. Like my ideas cannot be used at all. He rather want to complicatw things by proposing to do operationally challenge stuffs...and the job will be during monsoon kot.

And yeah, as usual inside the meeting, I'm the only woman and others are guys. And semua membisu like cannot brain the job we plan to do are VERY crucial.

Duhh. I was to the point. Ok la guys, since u guys x nak fikir skrg kan..nanti time job execution in August, kita tengok cmane. Penatla bila nak fikir sorang2 cara nak make things happen easily.

Blessed

Alhamdulillah, I'm blessed with good friends. Sometimes when faced with technical difficulties and beyond my knowledge,I'll always turn back to my friends for quick solution.

Sometimes they are able to answer. Sometimes, if they can't, they go beyond that. Try to find the solution and later make sure I solve the problem.

Thanks for going extra miles with me!

Semua pun perantau

Walaupun xde la perantau sangat kekdahnya tempat tinggal sekarang, tapi kalau terlintas nak makan makanan yang mustahil nak jumpa kat sini, nak tak nak, kena la masak sendiri kan.

Contoh macam nasi air ni.



Kadang2 ade benda yang boleh masak based on recall apa rasa makanan tu or recall cara orang masak. Tapi biasanya ade part yg x bape sure kan. So kena la Google or youtube kn resepi.

Kata carian yang selalu gune plak mesti resepi (nama makanan) perantau. Hehe

Logiknya ade kata perantau tu sebab biasanya resepi yang ade kata kunci perantau ni, for sure akan guna bahan2 yang mudah nak cari dan guna ape yang ada je. Ala2 cooking survival skills gitu.

Dan biasanya mmg akan jumpe resepi2 perantau ni. Bagus org2 yg selalu share resepi ni. Macam2 benda boleh masak.

Nasi air ni plak dapat resepi dr blog kak azie. Sedap! Cuma part sambal mangga x jadi,sbb derhaka resepi. Tah cmane dalam memori,sambal ni kena pakai kelapa dessicated coconut tu n ikan bakar. Dah la sebab xde ikan yang sesuai,dipakainya salmon steak punya ikan.

Lepas makan dan fikir,tu kalau nak buat sambal nasi kerabu. Duhh. Tapi sambal nasi kerabu pun x pakai mangga kot.



Nasi air ni banyak perkara kena buat,tapi yang mampu buat ni je lah. Cukuplah utk diri sendiri yang nak makan nasi air ni..hehe

Geram plak dengan sorg ni kan. Dah la x tau, x nak tanya, pastu kasi salah info. Sudahnya menyusahkan semua orang.

Ada Apa

Daripada nak tengok Redha, jadi tengok AADC2 plak.  Rupanya Redha dh x banyak cinema tayang. So sad.

It was supposed to be a movie marathon day since I wanna watch Captain America too.  Tapi apakan daya, tengah tengok movie, mcm2 Whatsapp and calls masuk.  So sempat tengok AADC2 je la, cos lepas tu kena balik hantar work related thingy.

Back to the movie..for me, kinda ok, the cinematography is very nice.  The actors and actresses bonding also best. Also, some witty dialogue.

Somehow, some elements of the movie mcm close to my heart plak.

Fujifilm camera, taking random pictures, books,travel, COFFEE!

What else..art galleries, eventho sometimes I’m like Milly too, cannot understand the arts being exhibited., tapi pergi tengok jugak.  O yeah, Petronas Art Galleries and galleries yg banyak2 kat Yangon ni dh jadi tmpt lepak plak.

So yeah, eventho the producer rely much on the previous AADC and the fan base, it’s an OK movie.  Cos I was looking for movie yg relaxing and x payah fikir banyak. So, got it. Heh.

Oh did I mention, they're like Hazel Grace and Augustus?
