It's weird when I need coffee to help me sleep.

I like the quote above.  I think it’s the same thing with us, human.  We gotta go out from our comfort zone and ventures to the unknown.

Such as travel to new destinations, learn new things, work in new environment, etc.

These past few months, my ship has been to a lot of ports. The captain certainly has a lot of things to do.  Some ports were okay, some require a lot more thinking and reasoning to adapt to the situations.
